Gowell Energy Limited was incorporated in Ghana on the 20th day of September 2019 and commence business on 1st December 2020, as a private limited liability company to carry out the business of oil marketing. Its license to commence business was issued by the regulator National Petroleum Authority. The Company focuses on the distribution of refined petroleum products through a network of the state-of-the-art filling stations, retail points and direct sales to consumers.
Products and Services
Gowell Energy Limited is currently dealing in the following petroleum products; Premium, Diesel, Kerosene and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). These products are distributed through company-owned stations all over the country.
Through the collaboration of companies abroad, the Company sells superior quality lubricants for the transport, earth moving equipment, agricultural machinery, and other industrial sectors of the economy.
The Company also engages in car-care products to ensure safety, reliability, power for vehicles as well as comfort for users. These include coolants, brake fluid, windscreen cleaners, radiator sealant and engine cleaner.
Gowell Energy Limited seeks to hold majority market share in the provision of petroleum products to both corporate and retail clients.

Management Team
The Management of Gowell Energy Limited is noted for the resourcefulness of staff, expertise and depth of knowledge in the oil marketing industry in Ghana, with strong financial commitment.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Samuel Kwabena Tei has been in the petroleum and haulage industry for about 15 years. He is a very successful businessman, very well-known and respected within the downstream petroleum sector. He is an accomplished and successful business man who single-handedly established Tekosam Ent, Kwasams Ent and Gowell Energy(Oil Marketing Company). Samuel has a passion for service excellence, an eye for detail and an array of transferable skills. He is well versed in the operations of oil marketing companies with focus on engineering and information technology.
Director
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Librarianship from the University of Ghana.. He has also attended a number of courses including: Training on Marketing, Training on Marketing and Supply Chain. His experiences spans across several industries and have worked with companies like Uniliver Ghana Ltd, as Sales Manager, Cocoa Research Company, Top Oil as the Marketing Manager, Allied Oil, and Omega Oil as the General Manager. Mr Ampem-Darko is a professional Marketer with enormous experience in the field of marketing and client negotiation.
